Return and RMA Eligibility

• Items with water damage, physical damage, or deep scratches are not eligible for return or Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Only parts purchased directly through your account on b2b.zo-tech.work are eligible for RMA or return. Items purchased elsewhere are not eligible.
• If an RMA is approved, credit will be issued to your b2b.zo-tech.work account. The credit amount will be the lower of the current selling price and the original purchase price of the item.
